Just as the name suggests, this experience is all about putting you – the customer – at the heart of your creation. Available exclusively in store at the Design Bar, we offer two different services allowing you to either create a completely bespoke piece or design and create a ring based on a selection of options.
BESPOKE JEWELLERY
Let’s bring your dream to life. Whether it’s turning a sketch into an exquisite reality or the restoration of a treasured family heirloom, to just about anything else you can imagine, the final piece is created for you, by you. Available exclusively in store, with this service you can expect to receive your expertly handcrafted piece of jewellery within four to six weeks of placing your order.
DESIGN AND CREATE A RING
We’re here to help you at every step of your journey, which is why we want to make sure your proposal is every bit as wonderful as it should be. With this design experience, you can build the ideal engagement ring by selecting a stone, cut, style, setting and budget to show your significant other just how well you know them. Available in store where you can pick the ring components to create your unique design, the service is also available online via our new digital tool.
ENGRAVING WITH ERNEST
Embrace the art of personalised perfection. From initials to a special date or a secret that only you and a special someone know, make the most of our complimentary engraving service that allows you to customise your jewellery. A charming way to lend a loving touch to gifting, you can take advantage of this service in store when you buy an engravable product, or create a piece or build a ring through our For You, By You bespoke design experience.
Repairs and Restorations
Whether new life needs breathing into old favourites or you’d simply like us to bring back the sparkle, our master craftspeople relish the challenge of restoring watches and jewellery items back to their former glory.
We offer a host of different services as part of our repairs and restorations including refurbishing cherished timepieces, fixing or adjusting jewellery findings, or sourcing like-for-like stones for beloved items such as engagement rings etc. You can also get your watch battery replaced in store or bring in jewellery for a quick polish to restore its resplendence.
