We also know that a ring can get damaged or the dust from years of wear, can dull a diamond’s sparkle. That’s where our ring Care and Repair service comes in. From professional cleaning to re-sizing, repairing or replacing a stone – we offer ring restoration at any stage of your precious ring’s life.   

Trust us, it’s in safe hands. Our skilled artisans return your ring to you in pristine condition, so it can continue to bring you joy for years to come.

Care packages:

Our three care packages are designed to make sure your ring stays as beautiful today as it was then. You can select from one of the three depending on which one is uniquely suited to you and your ring’s needs. 

1. Refresh  

We refresh your ring to its original shine; our specialist cleaning and finishing removes scratches and polishes stones and precious metals.  

2. Restore 

Here you get everything that’s in the refresh package – a specialist clean, finish and polish plus resizing, repairing and reshaping a ring, to restore it to its former glory 

3. Refurbish 

Here you get everything in the refresh and restore packages – a specialist clean, finish, polish, resize, repair and reshape plus a complete refurbish that includes setting checks and placing or rebuilding claws to secure centre and smaller stones or diamonds, giving you peace of mind for the years to come. 

How does our Care and Repair service work? 

1. Select your care package 

You can choose between Refresh, Restore or Refurbish. 

2. Repair by an expert 

Most of our ring repairs are completed in 10 days. You can stay updated on its progress with our Repair Tracker.   

3. Collect from store 

After a final polish and inspection, your ring will be sent back to your local store, and we’ll contact you by email when it's ready to collect.  

4. Compare the before and after 

At collection, look at the ‘before’ images so you can check that you're happy with the result.  

Our Promise to You  

With the highest standards in design, materials and craftsmanship, your jewellery is safe in our expert hands. Each repair is guaranteed for 12 months* and applies from the time you collect it from us.
