Ernest Jones Store Closure FAQ's

Our website is open as usual, but sadly our shops will be closing from the end of the day Monday 23rd March

To our Ernest Jones family

We’d like to thank you for your continued loyalty and support, even during these uncertain times. As the crisis surrounding Covid-19 advances around the world, we will continue to create the best possible experience for you as you continue to celebrate meaningful moments in the current environment.

We have elected to temporarily close our retail locations beginning this evening, 23rd March 2020 we will continue to follow the guidelines of government and health officials in determining when our stores will reopen. While we regret not being able to serve you in-person during this time, we take this action now in hope that we may safely welcome you back to our stores as soon as possible.

We will always prioritise the health and safety of our employees, our customers, and our communities. While all of our retail stores will be temporarily closed, we still encourage you to visit our recently upgraded website, www.ernestjones.co.uk Our online store is currently offering free standard delivery on all orders. If you prefer assistance over the phone, you can call our central Customer Services Department on 0800 458 1066.

We will continue to operate with vigilance, compassion and care as we navigate this uncharted path together. At Ernest Jones, we want you to know how honored we are to share in your life milestones and celebrations, even, and perhaps most importantly, during difficult times.
